Dear Keith, I wanted to write and tell you how happy we are with the Mitsubishi Mr. Slim you installed
for us earlier this month. It is much quieter than the window air conditioners we used to have and we really appreciate getting our windows back, having the daylight again and being able to open them when we want to. The installation went better and quicker than we had expected and it’s rare to have something turn out to cost less than what was quoted. What a great alternative to central air with no ducts in the attic or vents cut into each room. I’d be happy to recommend your company and products to anyone I know.
